These terms govern your use of Banger. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Banger does
Banger analyzes YouTube-style thumbnails with an AI model and returns a score, a breakdown, and suggestions, and can generate thumbnail images from a prompt. It is a creative tool to help you make decisions.
Scores are opinions, not guarantees
All scores, ratings, and suggestions are the output of an AI model. They are opinion and guidance, not a prediction or guarantee of views, click-through rate, or performance. Always test thumbnails with your real audience. You are responsible for what you publish.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is illegal or infringing.
- Generate content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person without consent.
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset or model.
Content ownership
You keep the rights to the thumbnails you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you submit. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use thumbnails you generate with Banger, including commercially.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans (Creator, Studio) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain until the end of the current billing period.
- Plan limits (scans and AI generations) are described on the pricing page and may be updated; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, email us; we're reasonable.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. AI providers can be slow or unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost views. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
